complete a minimum distance of 22,000 miles (the length of the
52nd parallel) which London resides.
The holder of the Green Riband will be acknowledged as
a leader of the hydrogen age.
To date, no challenges have taken place, but it is estimated that
a challenge using today's technology would take 50 days.
